My family and I love visiting Dairy Grove! My daughter and I love the weekly flavor changes on the Dole Whip! My son loves the superhuman! The variety they offer is awesome and the ice cream is creamy and tasty! And they’re always adding new ideas to the menu too. They even have a super cute playground in the back for young kids! The atmosphere is bubbly, fun and friendly! The customer service is fantastic, they have such a great staff too!
Love this place! Hidden gem. Many options. The Dole flavors change every week. Plenty of parking but can fill up quickly. There are also a few tables in the grass you can use to eat your sweet treats. Bathrooms are on the side of the building. Also this isn’t a place you can go inside, it’s an ice cream stand sort of thing. Enjoy!
I can appreciate the place for what it is, a city staple and landmark... But this place is past it's prime. A lot of families have a lot of nostalgia for this place, and I respect that.
All of the items, the soft, hard, whips etc have a weird after taste. Something similar to drinking from a weird water fountain. It makes it hard to enjoy.
Their flavor offerings have a nice variety, but they really miss the mark.
With places like Mitchell's, and the dairy treat near by, there really is no reason to go here except for convenience.
The prices are not great, and the items do not deliver.
And unfortunately if there are any people here, you can expect to wait a very long time, watching a lot of other people get their ice cream, and standing around awkwardly not knowing if your order was missed, or is just taking longer than everyone who ordered after you.
This is a fun place to get ice cream. The staff is nice and the ice cream is delicious! A drive thru is available. There is also a children's playground area behind the parking lot.
I Just visited this adorable ice cream shop. They offer an array of delicious ice cream and dole whip. I definitely recommend trying it! You will definitely find something that hits your sweet tooth!
Best Ice Cream and Custard around.
DQ was always our go to until we discovered this Location. Staff is nice and servings are great for the price. Even have a doggie ice cream bowl with a treat on top for our dog! Shaded/Sunny picnic bench areas and great music. This is now our go to for Ice Cream.
Very good little home town shop. They had a pretty big menu of tasty treats. The establishment was clean and tidy. The service was very good even though they were very busy. Kudos to the young crew for not getting frazzled and staying on task. We had a nice experience and will be back.
